I want to know why we’ve been eating so much sugar and saturated fat.
I want the answer to that question because, for most of us, we’re eating more junk food and junk food-laden fast food.
The answer is that we’re not eating enough vegetables, fruits, nuts and whole grains.
When I started looking for a food that I could live off of, I saw a lot of health benefits that I hadn’t realized before.
When you eat fruits and vegetables, you get a lot more vitamins and minerals.
It helps your immune system.
You can lower your risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes and other chronic illnesses.
And you can even get your cholesterol and blood pressure down.
It makes you feel better and healthier.
But when you eat a lot less vegetables, it can make you feel sick.
It’s one of the reasons we are eating so many processed foods.
There are a lot going on in the food supply that we don’t understand.
I hope that you’ll understand why the food that you’re eating is really important.
What are your main concerns about the food you’re consuming today?
I know that many of you have issues that are really difficult to address.
I know you’re struggling with anxiety, depression and stress.
If you are, it’s time to take action.
There’s something called the Big Three: weight, energy, and frequency.
Weight is a good measure of your health.
I think of weight as a number on a scale.
You have a number.
If it’s low, you’re overweight.
If your number is high, you are obese.
But if you’re obese, you probably have some health problems.
You should eat less, and if you are not eating at a healthy level, then your health problems will persist.
If energy levels are low, that means you’re sedentary, too little exercise and not doing enough physical activity.
If those are the health problems you have, then you should consider getting help.
I’ve already talked about a lot, but the bottom line is that the health issues we have are very real and very serious.
How can we fix them?
We can start by eliminating sugar.
I don’t think you can eat enough sugar.
We are all trying to reduce the amount of sugar we eat and we are not doing it the right way.
The sugar industry spends billions of dollars to get you to consume more sugar.
They put you on diet pills and promote sugary drinks and snack foods.
That’s not healthy for you.
You are eating more sugar than you should, and you’re not consuming enough of it.
We can take control of our health by eating a healthy diet.
And that means not consuming all the sugar in the world.
We could also get more fruit and vegetables and lean meat.
And we can eat less processed foods and more natural foods.
If we get all our calories from whole grains and legumes, and we eat more fruits and veggies and lean meats, we’ll have fewer health problems and fewer chronic illnesses and we’ll be better off.
How do we know if a food is healthy or unhealthy?
The food that we eat affects our body differently.
And it affects our health in a different way than if it were a natural product.
Natural products are very much a part of the human diet.
They are not manufactured by the factory.
They come from nature.
If I buy a box of frozen berries, that’s what I’m going to eat.
And when I eat a frozen strawberry, that is what I think it is.
The fruit itself is what’s in the package.
The frozen berries are just what I like to eat for that flavor.
And there is nothing in the fruit that will give you any health problems if you don’t eat the fruit.
I have a box at the grocery store that has frozen strawberries.
And I go through the box, look at the strawberries, and I get excited about them.
But then I find out that they are made from corn syrup and are full of calories.
I see a nutritional information label and I’m like, “Wait a minute, I can’t eat that!
There are so many calories in it.”
So then I decide to go ahead and buy a package of strawberries from Costco.
I am going to take the berries home and eat them with some fruit and a glass of water.
But now, I’m getting worried.
I’m thinking, I don to eat this fruit and I don t know if I will be able to tolerate it.
I have been on a diet for years.
And every time I go on a new diet, I get a little bit better.
But I still feel like I’m not healthy enough.
It happens all the time, I realize, but I’m still having problems.
So I start to realize that the diet isn’t working for me.
